The first step is understanding the problem, not choosing a framework.
We document how the business process works now, including manual steps, exceptions and workarounds that may not appear in the original brief.
We review the relevant code, data, integrations and infrastructure. If an existing system is part of the problem, it is assessed before we recommend replacing it.
We define scope, architecture, dependencies and the smallest useful first release. The output should make clear what is being built and what is deliberately not being built yet.
Work is delivered in visible increments so you can review working software during the project rather than waiting until the end.
Automated testing is combined with real business scenarios and user validation before production release.
Changes are released with a rollback path and an appropriate deployment process for the system involved.
