Eye4Tech
Senior software team · Building since 2006

We build and modernise the software your business actually runs on.

Custom applications, system integrations, e-commerce platforms and automation — designed around how your business works, built to be maintained, and supported after launch.

What we do

Six things, done by a senior team.

Not a menu of thirty overlapping services. These are the six areas we have shipped repeatedly, and each one names the problem it removes.

Custom Software Development

Off-the-shelf software forces your business to work the way it wants to.

Web applications, internal tools and customer portals built around your process instead of around a vendor's template.

E-commerce Development

Your store can't do the one thing your business model depends on.

Replatforms, B2B commerce, checkout and pricing logic, ERP and fulfilment integration on Adobe Commerce, Shopify and BigCommerce.

API & System Integrations

Two systems hold the same data and disagree about it.

ERP, CRM, e-commerce, shipping, accounting and third-party platforms connected with reconciliation, retries and monitoring.

Business Automation & AI

Your team repeats manual work every week that software should be doing.

Document processing, data extraction, routing, reporting and support automation — built with AI where it earns its place, and without it where it does not.

Cloud, DevOps & Support

Nobody has looked at your infrastructure since it was set up.

AWS and Azure infrastructure, deployment pipelines, monitoring, backups, security hardening and ongoing production support.

Shopify App Development

Shopify does not do the one thing your business needs, and no app on the store does it either.

Public App Store apps, private and custom apps, Shopify Functions, theme app extensions and checkout extensibility — built to pass review and survive Shopify's release cycle.

Legacy System Modernisation

The system works, but nobody will touch it.

Old, undocumented, business-critical applications made safe to change again — incrementally, without a big-bang rewrite.

Proof

What we built, and what changed.

Three engagements with a problem, a build and a measurable result. Where a client has not authorised naming, the business is described rather than named.

DAR Transport

A dispatch platform, and an honest service list.

Quote, dispatch, track, deliver and invoice in one platform — starting with a signed audit of what the company actually hauls.

Built for one brand. Adopted by three.

The only endorsement an agency cannot write for itself: the client rolled the platform out to a second brand, then a third.

Recognised your situation on this page?

Thirty minutes with a senior engineer, no sales script, and a rough range before you leave the call.

Why Eye4Tech

Reasons that are checkable, not adjectives.

Every agency says it is senior, experienced and reliable. Here is what we can actually point at.

We work in code we didn't write

Most of what we are brought in for is an existing system — undocumented, in production, and unsafe to break. Reading someone else's architecture and changing it without stopping the business is the harder half of this work, and it is most of what we do.

Our longest client is nine years in

Winning a project is easy. Keeping the same client shipping for nine years is not, and it is the number worth asking any agency for.

You talk to the engineer building it

No account layer between you and the person who understands the decision you are asking about. The people in your discovery call are the people writing the code.

Integration is the core skill

ERP, CRM, commerce, shipping, payments and finance systems, connected with reconciliation and monitoring rather than a nightly job that fails silently. Most business software problems are integration problems wearing a different hat.

We stay after launch

We run production environments for clients we built for years ago — including one we were brought into after a breach, and never left. Software you cannot maintain is not finished.

You own everything, from day one

Repository in your organisation from the first commit, documentation as a deliverable, credentials transferred at handover. There is no commercial lock-in holding the relationship together.

How we work

What happens after you get in touch.

Seven steps, in order. The point of showing them is that you should know what you are agreeing to before you agree to it.

01

Discovery

We learn how your business actually works, including the steps nobody has written down.

02

Technical assessment

We look at what exists — code, data, integrations, infrastructure — and report what we find.

03

Solution design

Scope, architecture, and a plan with a first release small enough to be useful quickly.

04

Development

Built in visible increments. You use working software throughout, not at the end.

05

Testing

Automated tests plus your team on real scenarios, before anything reaches production.

06

Deployment

Released behind a flag with a rollback path. No cutover weekends unless there is no alternative.

07

Ongoing support

Monitoring, updates and enhancements — or a documented handover if you take it in-house.

Technology

What we actually work in.

Only platforms we support in production today. We would rather tell you something is outside our range than learn it on your project.

Before you get in touch

The questions people ask us first.

Answered here so the first call can be about your project instead of about us.

What does a project typically cost?
Most engagements start between $15,000 and $60,000 depending on scope, and ongoing support arrangements are monthly. We give you a range on the first call rather than after three meetings — if the range does not work for you, neither of us has lost a week finding out.
How quickly can you start?
Discovery usually starts within one to two weeks. For an assessment of an existing system we are often faster, because that work does not require a full team to be assembled.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do, in full, from the first commit. The repository lives in your organisation, documentation is a contractual deliverable, and credentials are transferred at handover. You are never locked in to us.
Can you work with our existing development team?
Yes — as an additional senior team, on a specific subsystem, or reviewing and modernising the architecture. We work to your standards, your review process and your release cadence.
What happens after the project is delivered?
Most clients keep us on a monthly support arrangement covering monitoring, updates, fixes and small enhancements. Some take everything in-house, and we document and hand over for that outcome too. Our longest client relationship is nine years old and still shipping.
Where is your team based?
Our engineering team is in Lahore, Pakistan, and we work overlapping hours with European and US clients. We say so on the front page rather than in an FAQ, because a development company that will not tell you where its engineers are is telling you something.

Free consultation

Have a software problem you need solved?

Bring us the problem rather than a specification. A senior engineer will look at it and tell you how we would approach it — the likely shape, the risks worth knowing about, and a rough range.

Or email info@eye4tech.com — a senior engineer replies, usually within one business day.
